How can I track my order?
An order confirmation email will sent once your order has been received. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. It will include a tracking number for your package.

I have a question/concern about my order?
Contact us via "chat" located on the bottom right corner of our home page. Response times are within 72 hours during our normal business hours.

Can I change/alter the shipping address after an order has been placed?
As stated in our store policy in which you agreed to during checkout, we only ship to the shipping address listed in your purchase order. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all information before submitting your order. Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. If you happen to put in a wrong address after your order has been shipped, you will have to contact USPS directly to have them reroute your package to the correct address. They will charge you a rerouting fee.

Do you offer Sponsorship?
We do, check out the Guidelines and Application Form on our Sponsorship Page.
We have stopped accepting new Sponsorship. Current sponsorship still exist, so keep spreading your code.
