Processing and Shipping timeframe:
Orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5 business days after being processed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and shipping times may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing and shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your USPS tracking number(s).
Damages:
ELITEOUS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return/Replacement Refund Policy:
Returns/Replacement and Refunds are NOT accepted for custom Decals and/or custom "Made to Order" Apparel. All sales are final on these products. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns are accepted for the following products: Keychains and/or Non-Custom Decals and/or Apparel. The product must be in its original form, condition, unused, and/or unopened. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping cost, and restocking fee. Refunds will be issued back to the buyer's original form of payment once the item(s) have been received in hand. Tracking/signature confirmation is recommended when returning items to ensure the buyer can verify that the package has been returned to us. Eliteous is not responsible for any lost/stolen goods during shipment. We are also not responsible for any delay in shipment and have no control of any shipping process. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your return package during transit, please contact the shipping carrier you select.
